Reclaiming Ourselves Through Motherhood

Through this reclamation workshop for mothers and for those feeling called into motherhood, we will explore and honour our identities as human beings first and foremost. Collectively, we will create space to honour who we were before we became mothers and return home to ourselves. Through breath work, writing prompts and collective sharing, we will identify where we “lost” ourselves and reveal those wounds. We will utilise this wound to find a deeper understanding of who we are and who we want to be. This is the beginning of your homecoming. You will walk away from this workshop feeling empowered, acknowledged, deeply connected to your true self and you will feel less alone through your journey.

What you will need for this session:

  • A safe space for yourself

  • Wear a color that makes you feel empowered

  • A journal and pencil

  • A small mirror or access to one

  • An open mind and open heart
