Join Jothi in community for a gentle 7-week morning practice. We will meet each morning from 6:30-7:00am est where Jothi will open us up in prayer, read from book Owning our Struggles by Minaa B., facilitate sharing, and close off with everyone setting an intention based on the days reading.
