7am Never Miss a Monday!

The 7am Never Miss a Monday sessions are designed to help start your day and week feeling powerful and motivated!

Through simple and effective movements we will dive into a energetic 30 minute full body workout.

Schedule is every other Monday:

My name is Sayeda Akbar, I’m from Toronto and am a certified Personal Trainer. I believe physical activity and movement is a tool to not only strengthen our physical health but our mental health as well, through exercise and feeling in tune with our body. As I finish up my final year at York University studying health and society, this summer I will be starting a life coaching program to expand my knowledge on the physical and mental health aspects to further understand our mind body and soul.
