Co-Creation with Jothi
Welcome and thank you for your interest in learning more about this 5-week Co-Creation journey with Jothi. A Sacred Journey with Spirit and the Co-Creation process that will support a deeper understanding of this very magical and powerful collaboration and how it can shift your life! We will learn as a collective how to tap into our light and intentionally put our energy into what aligns with our truth and what naturally flows in the ways that Spirit intended for us to BE!
Each week, we will have two 2-hour sessions, where Jothi will lead one session and the group will lead the second session, through gently guided prompts. The final week sessions will be dedicated to sharing our sacred collaboration with the group. This is a space to take courageous steps into our expansion and to be witnessed while we do it!
This is an intimate group and numbers will be capped at 6 people only. A waitlist will be created for the next cohort!

Meet Jothi(she/her)
Jothi is a 52yr old hetero-cis settler immigrant woman, mother of 2 teens and partner of 28 years who has been on a healing and reclamation journey for over 16 years. The birth of her eldest daughter opened Jothi up to a path of healing from childhood trauma which helped her to navigate through inter-generational traumas that brought Jothi so much strength and courage to live her truth, on her terms breaking cycles of pain in her personal and parenting journeys. Today, Jothi is leaning into eldership within her wellness practice at Jothi Creative Wellness founded in 2016. A practice that has Jothi both expanding as a multi award-winning transformational wellness coach that brings her lived experience, skills and tools that she has learned along the way, into classrooms, boardrooms and communities near and far. Most recently, in 2019, Jothi created a hybrid wellness space for women and femmes to connect, heal, express, and reclaim joy called HERSpace.
Jothi is a Certified Sacred Leader, Certified Evolved Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, Certified Quantum Time Healing Practitioner, Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner, and intuitive Healer and Guide.

Week 1 May 21 & 24
The Opening
What does it mean to be vulnerable and to open yourself up within this Sacred Collaboration? What stops you from living fully? Fear of failure or fear of success? Jothi guides the group in grounding, energy clearing, and sharing your journey that led you to this very moment.
Week 2 May 28 & 31
The Invitation
In what ways can you clearly ask for what you want, keep the channels of communication open, and invite Spirit in? Jothi guides the group in grounding, ways to get more clear on your purpose and fostering the connection to Spirit’s presence within and around you. You will all leave with a specific and intentional invitation for Spirit to join you.
Week 3 June 4 & 7
Receiving
In what ways can you stay open and receptive to the glory of Spirit’s presence, cues, answers and guidance? Jothi guides the group in grounding, getting clear and opening your heart, body and mind to the Divine receptive energies that flow. You will leave open and ready for what’s to come!
Week 4 June 11 & 14
Expansion
How is life changing for you? In what ways can you share your Sacred union with Spirit and all that is unfolding? Jothi guides the group in grounding and supports everyone to put voice and language to the many ways that life is shifting.
Week 5 June 18 & 21
Safe Witnessing
This final week together is an opportunity for each person to take up space and share your Sacred Collaboration with the group. Whether you are wanting to begin a new relationship, ending an old one, changing careers, moving or working on a project, this is YOUR time to SHINE!
